Located just off Santa Monica Blvd. in Hollywood, Lexington Skye Homes will be an 18-home complex with units ranging from 1,600 – 1,950 sq. ft. The project is currently under construction. Bradco Kitchens & Baths is a highly rated full-service remodeling provider in Los Angeles who offers high-end design and construction services. They were chosen to build key elements of the development’s kitchens.

Lexington Skye Homes provide contemporary design features and open living spaces, so it was critical to select complementary kitchen materials. Michael Kienzl, President of Bradco, felt Wilsonart’s new European inspired THINSCAPE Performance Tops would be a perfect countertop fit due to its thin, elegant design. Michael, along with a representative from Wilsonart, presented THINSCAPE to the developer and they agreed to move forward with the Volakas Marble design. Bradco manufactured the countertops per specifications. It is now featured in the showcase unit.
